DESCRIPTION:Atelier de technique féminine « les tours » de 15h30 à 16h30 \nLe programme comprend des exercices pour améliorer la posture\, les pivots\, la marche et la danse.\nLa technique permet de développer des mouvements précis\, élégants et fluides\, essentiels dans le tango.\nElle permet de travailler des aspects tels que l’équilibre\, la posture\, la connexion et le contrôle corporel.\nDe 17 à 18.30h et ensuite de 18h30 à 20h nous pourrons partager une auberge espagnole et pratiquer avec de la bonne musique et dans une bonne ambiance.\nRenforcer la connexion avec le partenaire\n• Dans le tango\, la communication non verbale est essentielle. Une bonne technique facilite l’écoute et la compréhension entre le leader et le suiveur.\n• Elle aide à mieux reconnaître les impulsions et les signaux transmis à travers l’abrazo.\nLes cours de technique sont un espace idéal pour se concentrer sur les détails qui ne peuvent pas toujours être approfondis dans un cours collectif général ou lors d’une pratique sociale.
